Most tickets are delivered digitally as mobile tickets directly to your email address within minutes of your order being confirmed. For certain events, physical tickets may be shipped to your billing address. You will receive full delivery instructions via email after your purchase.

If an event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Please contact our support team at support@juegoboletos.com with your order reference number and we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as bank transfers and other local payment methods depending on your country. All payments are processed through our secure, SSL-encrypted checkout system.

Your order reference number is in the format #GIG-XXXXX and is included in your booking confirmation email. If you cannot find your confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact our support team with the email address you used during checkout.

Currently each order is for a single event. To attend multiple FIFA World Cup matches, simply place a separate order for each match. Browse all available fixtures on our events page and repeat the booking process for each one.

“Clear view” means your seat has an unobstructed view of the full pitch. “Restricted view” means part of the playing area may be partially blocked by a pillar, barrier, or overhang. Restricted view tickets are always clearly labelled and priced accordingly.

First, check your spam or junk mail folder. If your tickets still haven’t arrived 24 hours before the event, contact us immediately at support@juegoboletos.com with your order reference number. We will locate your tickets and ensure you receive them before the event.
